Exactly how many inspection letters do we have from those who have already mitigated so I can change the thermometer and wording and let owners know where we are on this.
At the end of the second paragraph, this form makes it possible to gather all the names and emails from those who want Zoom links for all open meetings. Then the column can just be copied and entered in an email as BCC’s? Would that cut down on the time needed for this? Or should I just leave in that they need to email for the link every month?
I get that no one asked me to write a newsletter. And maybe there is someone on the board who would rather do it. One could call it helping with needed communication as reported in July minutes. Board can easily make changes in the text here. Or I'll add or take out anything you want changed.
