P - Get estimates and make plan to stop leaks in buildings.

P - RFP's and owner information for Decks and Alum Wiring

P - To Do list for onsite stuff and draft of possible RFP to hire a person to do them. 

Sometimes known as a day porter. There is lots of small stuff to do on the property! Michael, our maintenance person years ago, took care of it all. Hiring a person for regular upkeep might save time and money?
