Moving and Renovating
Be looking for a questionnaire from your title company. They will want to be clear on pertinent information so they can handle your title search and closing efficiently and accurately.
Moving and Renovation Policies We have summarized the rules and regulations from our governing documents that pertain to moving and renovation.
Get Resale Documents. You will receive these from HomeWise found on the management website. Make sure the resale certificate contains all information and documents required under Missouri law 448.4-109..
Request Refund of Deposit. Submit this form for return of your $300 deposit if no damage is found after your move.
Dryer Vent Compliance Form. To help us comply with county code, you must complete our Dryer Vent Compliance form so we can make sure all dryers vent outside or are ventless.
Make sure you have clear title and a deed after closing at your title company.
Get Connected to our Association
Open an account. at the Resident Center, our owner portal. Your account will allow you to view your balance and detailed account ledger and make one-time or recurring payments.
Directory Permission. Password Protected Directory will be found at the Resident Center under "Documents."

Pet Registration and Vaccination. Update your Pet Registration and Vaccination Status.
Keep our Shared Property in Great Condition
Aluminum Wiring. If you are making changes to your unit, please have a licensed electrician mitigate all your outlets and anything wired into your ceilings and walls.
Maintenance Requests for needed common area repairs are placed on the Resident Center portal (see below).
Architectural Improvement Request may be placed on the portal or downloaded here. All significant renovation must be approved by the Board. Allow 30-60 days.
Water Shut Off Valve Information. You will need to plan for plumbing in advance so your neighbors will have 48 hours notice if their water is going to be turned off.
Reimbursement Request . In the event you need to repair damage to your unit that turns out to be caused by an Association common element, submit this form for repayment. It will help to read the form first to be sure you follow the procedures.
Draft Leak Procedures. What to do if you find a leak, clog or stain inside your unit.

Enjoy the Amenities
Get your pool pass and keys from the management company. Our pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Reserve the gazebo. The gazebo may be reserved for parties from May through October.
Maintain Community Safety
Help promote the safety of all our neighbors by maintaining individual responsibility for pets, fire and leak prevention along with insurance to protect it all. Complete your annual safety and insurance checks:
Annual Safety Check. Since our appliances can cause fire or CO problems, we use this method to make sure all our HVAC units, dryers and fireplaces are kept clean and safe.
Grilling on Patios Agreement. First Floor Only. Grilling is not allowed on decks.
