Sometimes known as a day porter. There is lots of small stuff to do on the property! Michael, our maintenance person years ago, took care of it all. Hiring a person for regular upkeep might save time and money?

P - Update policy for Dealing with Leaks  in units and in fountain

Declaration Article VII, Sec 1: All incidental damage caused to a Unit by any work on or to the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements done by or for the Association shall be repaired at the expense of the Association, and the cost thereof shall be a Common Expense. The Unit Owners shall maintain their own Units.
