GOVERNANCE 
 

The Manor Condos Owners Association is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors elected each April. The Board currently meets at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of most months and is open to owners to observe. Owners may make comments at the beginning of each meeting in accordance with our meeting policy. These comments will be noted and addressed by the Board as appropriate.

• Minutes keep owners up to date on decisions the Board acts on. 

• Contact the Board with questions and comments.

• Board Rotation of an extra member takes place each year as our bylaws require. 

• Board members from your building and officers of the association.
